DMCA / Copyright Policy

Prepare.sh respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page outlines our policy for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on Prepare.sh infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent at:

- Subject: DMCA Takedown Request
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URL or description)
- Your contact information (name, address, email)
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Action Upon Receipt
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:
- Your contact details
- Identification of the material and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Repeat Infringement Policy
Prepare.sh may terminate or suspend accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material or violate copyright law.
